Tweedles in Watercolour

I’m working hard towards my portfolio and don’t have much as  time for blogging at the moment, but I wanted to keep posting each week, so here’s some watercolours with pen that I painted on canvas. Enjoy!

Blogging and Indecision

skycry1

It’s taken until the 13th of January for me to post another post. I was fairly indecisive of what to post on my blog. From a mixture of this and college studies, I’ve been fairly bad at sticking to my blogging schedule. I’ll try to get as better at it again as the year progresses.

As I said, I haven’t really known what I wanted on my blog.

I have more music, but I’m still trying to figure out what pictures to go with them, although the soundtrack was just an experiment to see what I could do to further the story of the Tweedles.

I’ve also began writing a novel since New Year’s that tells the story of the world the Tweedles live in, among other characters I will be introducing this year.

For today, I eventually decided to post these pictures from my sketchbook, which I hope you enjoy!

Tweedle Sketchbook

At my college, art is mostly based on observation, and they don’t like more imaginative, fantasy art. That’s why I’ve decided to keep a separate sketchbook for all my Tweedle-related drawings. I’ve recently been experimenting with some manga pens I came across, so I chose to show you both pencil and pen drawings to demonstrate the difference:

I hope you like my cute and creepy Tweedles. They’re probably not creepy enough for Halloween, but I hope you like them anyhow!

As for Halloween, I’m not sure what costume I’ll wear, but it’ll definitely include the mask I made a few weeks earlier.

So to all of you readers, me and my Tweedles wish you a happy and spooky Halloween!!
